All items are tracked. All your tracking information would be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

When will my order be delivered?

Ilwaad Designs takes normally 3-14 working days to prepare your order for shipping. If it’s time sensitive we advise to send an email to info@ilwaaddesigns.com with your request.

SHIPPING TIME ONCE DISPATCHED 

Domestic UK 1-3 days.

Please note that UK Next Day Delivery and UK Saturday Deliveries postcode restrictions may apply.

Europe 3-5 working days 

North America 3-7 working days

Australia & New Zealand 3-14 working days

Africa 3-10 working days 

Middle East & Asia 3-10 working days 

South America 3-10 working days 

 

In rare cases, duties and taxes are charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
